CEQA Lawsuit Goes to Hearing
The first court hearing with the lawsuits brought by Clover Valley Foundation, Sierra Club, and the Town of Loomis took place in Superior Court on October 10 with Judge Lloyd Connelly requesting additional briefs and replies. As we await decisions, subsequent motions may be filed. Stay tuned.
